However, problems are known to occur irrespective of the care taken in planning. If there is a problem regarding loss or damage of property, request the company’s form for claim. Once you file your claim, your damage or loss fee must be delivered within 9 months. A copy of the claim in writing should also be sent to the FMCSA for legal remedies, if any.
